ISU_IN_MOBILITY_03 - Map Dunning Level Category to Service Subtype

In this Customizing activity, you map dunning level category to a combination of invoicing service type and invoicing service subtype.

In the dunning process, there are multiple dunning level categories. You map dunning level category to service type and subtype. And define text message for a combination of service subtype and service type. So by mapping dunning level category to service subtype, you in turn maintain text message for different dunning level categories.

Note

You can map dunning level category only to service type(s) and service subtype(s) maintained for invoicing.

You have performed the following steps:

• Maintained dunning activities in Configure Dunning Activities. In this view you define the dunning activity for sending SMS and also define the function module that the system will call for this activity. We recommend that you use the standard function module FKK_SAMPLE_0350_IN

• Defined the dunning level categories in Define Dunning Level Categories

• Maintained the dunning procedure in Configure Dunning Procedure. In this view, maintain the dunning level and assign dunning activity (that you have created in step 1) for each dunning level.
