ISU_MKT_INTERACTION_ - BAdI: IS-U Interaction Data for Customer-Defined Logic

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Marketing for Utilities (IS-U-CS-MA) component. You can use this BAdI to map any additional data that can be replicated to an interaction in SAP Marketing Cloud.

The IF_ISU_MKT_INTRCTN_SOA_BADI interface exposes the method OUTBOUND_PROCESSING, which can be implemented to customize the mapping. This method has the importing parameter IN, which contains the information of interaction that is being created. Furthermore, this method has the changing parameter OUT, which contains the payload of the replication request.

For more information on the standard settings (single or multiple uses) see the Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

The BAdI definition is based on the IF_BADI_INTERFACE interface. There is no default implementation, so you must create a new BAdI implementation to add your customer-defined logic.
