IS_OIL_CHANGE_STATUS - BAdI: Change Document Status

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP Oil and Gas (IS-Oil) component.

You can use this BAdI to change the status of a document (for example, shipment document) in cases where the document would not need to be digitally signed. Using this BAdI, you can also ensure that documents generated for a particular shipment type are not digitally signed/do not have a digital signature.

This BAdI definition contains the following methods:

• CHANGE_STATUS

This method enables you to change the status of a shipping document. The system, by default, generates the digital signature at the time of loading confirmation. In case you want to generate the signature at the time of shipping document creation, then alter the changing parameter lv_status.

• CHANGE_SHTYPE

This method allows you to change the shipment type for a document that does not require a digital signature, before the data is saved in the database. The system, by default, generates the digital signature for a shipping document at the time of processing. In case you want to generate the signature for a delivery document, then alter the changing parameter lv_shtyp.
