In this activity, you can define the settings for parallel processing for generating InfoObjects. You can make the following settings:

  • Maximum Tasks
Enter the number of processes that can be started at the same time. If you do not make an entry here, or enter a value of 1, then there is no parallel processing.
  • Number of Objects
Enter the number of objects that can be processed in one process. If a timeout occurs, you have to change this number accordingly.
  • Logon/Server Group
Enter the server group (transaction RZ12) where the processes are to be executed. The server group you enter here must exist in the BW system.

These parallelization settings are specific for Business Warehouse (BW).
