J_1AMMINF_MOVEMENT - Maintain Movement Types for Goods Issue Revaluation

All goods issue movement types which should be considered for the goods issue revaluation have to be marked.

Some movement types are marked in the default customizing (201, 221,
231, 241, ...).

Please mark all relevant goods issue movement types.

SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up Vendor Master (General Section)
