Maintain tax categories to calculate taxes in Finance, Purchases and
Sales.

You define tax categories to reflect different tax types and situations.

You use tax categories in Finance and Purchases to correctly select
tax code when entering documents.

In Sales, you use tax categories in pricing to calculate taxes.
You have to assign a condition type to each tax category to enable this
functionality.
