Romania: Maintain Document Number Ranges for each defined Number Group.

Use

In this Customizing activity, you maintain your document number range intervals for each number group.

The record for the new interval includes: number of the period (or quarter or semester), year, starting number and ending number of interval (you can use max 10 digits for 394 reporting).

According to the selected periodicity, the first column of the record will present:

(There must be a two-digit number in this field)

Periodicity Month:

01 = first month of a year

(customization needed for values 01-12 per year)

Periodicity Quarter:

01 = first quarter of a year

(customization needed for values 01-04 per year)

Periodicity Semester:

01 = first semester of a year

(customization needed for values 01-02 per year)

Periodicity Year:

01 = full year

(customization needed for values 01 per year).

Number group 000001 includes number range intervals 01 and 02:

• Number range 01 covers official document numbers 2009010001 - 2009019999

• Number range 02 covers official document numbers 2009020001 – 2009029999
