Assign condition types to material codes.

In this configuration step, you assign condition types to material
codes, which are required to determine the behavior of a pricing
condition. The pricing condition, in this case, is either a surcharge or
a discount.

  • Ensure that you have defined the condition types. You do this in
    Define Condition Types.
  • You have also maintained the relevant material types in the material
    master.
