This table is used for numbering the Greek legal Paper Documents.

A legal number consists of a number taken between LOWLIMIT and UPLIMIT, concatenated in front with the STEXT ( ÊÂÓ ôýðïò ) and SERIES according to a method specified by the customer. LOWLIMIT should never start with zero.

MANUAL : In case of manual print task codes the user inputs the number given to a Greek legal Paper Document, which must be between LOWLIMIT and UPLIMIT and not already given to another document.

In other words the user issues a Paper Document manually giving to it a number not already allocated. Then the printing program runs in order to inform the system what SAP document got associated with which Greek legal Paper Document.

THIRDPARTY : (Ðáñáóôáôéêü Ôñßôùí ) This field makes sense if the print task code is manual. If it is a third party manual print task code the printing program will ask the user to input the whole Legal reference number ( i.e. STEXT, SERIES and NUMBER ) and not just the number. (This entry will update field XBLNR into company's legal books ).

ACTIVE : If not set to X then the print task cannot be used for issuing any Paper Documents.

COUNTER : The last number used for issuing a Paper Document. The next one to be issued in case of non MANUAL print task codes will be counter plus one. When first setting up table J_2GLPP3 leave the COUNTER field space.

LASTDATE : The last date a Paper Document was issued using the numbering from this print task code. If the user attempts to issue a Greek legal Paper Document with a date less than LASTDATE , the printing program will not allow it since this is illegal.

RFPRNTSK : Reference print task code. If a reference print task code is specified, the Paper Document will extract the numbering from the reference one. Therefore it will use SERIES and COUNTER from the reference print task code.

A reference print task code must have the same STEXT as the print task code and both print task codes should have the same logical kind
