J_3GARCH_VERS - Insurance Data for Equipment

In this workstep you can archive insurance data for equipment using the archiving object /SAPCEM/05.

You access archive administration in which you have the authorizations for the following functions:

1. Preliminary Run

The insurance data to be archived is determined via the deletion flag and assigned a deletion indicator by the system.

1. Archiving

The insurance data with deletion indicator are written to an archive file.

1. Deletion

The archived data is deleted from the database.

You can find further information on archiving in the SAP Library under Cross-Application Components -> CA - Archiving Application Data (CA-ARC).
