J_3GLKOST - Default Loading Costs Indicator/Provision Fee

Here you enter, per document type/transaction type/sender type/recipient type, the default values for internal/external loading and unloading costs or internal/external provision fees that you want to be used in document entry.

Acquisition of a piece of equipment by a work cooperative (recipient type AR)
Loading costs indicator (internal) = 1
Loading costs indicator (external) = 2
Provision fee indicator = 1

Means that no loading and unloading costs occur internally but unloading costs occur externally.

Condition types have to be defined for the loading costs and provision fees. These are then used in the pricing procedure and taken into account during settlement.
