You can use this Customizing activity to specify a deadline for any delivery and acceptance document status change.

To specify a deadline, follow the procedure below:

1. Create a new entry
2. Select document direction in the DocTypecolumn (incoming or outgoing)
3. Select status change to set a deadline for in the Document Statuscolumn
4. Specify a numeric value in the Dealinecolumn
5. Select what does the numeric value stand for - seconds, minutes, hours, days or working days - in the DdlineTypecolumn
