With this Customizing activity, you can assign versions of financial statements to financial statement variants (FSV).
View J_3RFVBS_VERSION is maintained.
For example, you want to assign two Financial Statement Versions with different balance sheet types to one variant: one with form number Balance sheet + Profit and Loss statement and balance sheet type Standard financial statement, and the other with form number Balance sheet + Profit and Loss statement and balance sheet type Flow of funds analysis.
If the Versions are named BRFB and BRFP, here is how your view would look like:
