KE3I - Transport Operating Concern

In this activity, you transport the definition of your operating concerns.

• You execute this activity only if you are using CO-PA.

• You have ensured that your development system and your productive system are synchronized regarding CO-PA. Otherwise a transport can cause unwanted changes.

• If you have changed or added data only in one the following activities, you can use the basic transport in the respective activity to transport them:

• Adapt Settings for Profitability Segment Characteristics

• Activate Margin Analysis

• If you added or changed data in the activity Adapt Settings for Profitability Segment Characteristics you can also use the following procedure:

1. In the screen SAP-EIS Transport Tool: Choose Transport Objects choose Operating Concern and then Execute.
2. In the screen Select Objects select the operating concern you want to transport and choose Execute.
3. In the dialog window Choose Dependent Object Classes, choose Structures: ABAP Repository objects and Structures Basic Settings and choose Continue.
4. Save you entries and transport them.

• If you have done significant changes in the activity Maintain Operating Concern for example, you added characteristics, you have to use the SAP-EIS Transport Tool: Choose Transport Objects in order to transport your operating concern. In the tool choose the required object classes.
