As part of costing anticipated exposure, anticipated loss and country/region value-at-risk, the loss equivalent class (LEQ class) categorizes the share of an external committed line that is unused, but that you expect to be drawn upon at the time of the business partner's default.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Use the input help to select an LEQ class.
  3. Enter a description.
  4. Save your entries.

You need to define the LEQ class only if you have activated the country/region risk functions.
