LCA_ATTRIBUTE_STRUCT - Define Attribute Structures

In this IMG activity, you group related contract attributes by assigning them to attribute structures. The related attribute structures are grouped together on the task panel.

You must only complete this activity if you have defined new contract attributes.

All standard contract attributes are preassigned to standard attribute structures.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. For structure type (Type), select Header for header attributes or Item table for line item attributes.
3. Enter the Contract Attributethat you defined.
4. Enter the group position (Grp Pos.) as 90 for header attributes and 90 for line item attributes.
5. Enter the group information (Group Text ID) as HeaderExtensionGroup for header attributes and ItemExtensionGroup for line item attributes.
6. Enter a sequence number for the attribute position within the group under Position. For example, an attribute with position number 1 is placed higher in the group than an attribute with position number 5.
7. Save your entries.
