In this IMG activity, you define internal and external collaboration texts in SmartForms. These texts are used in messages that are sent, for example, when legal contracts are to be reviewed by internal and external users.

Two standard default texts are provided in Client 000, one for internal collaboration and one for external collaboration. For internal collaboration texts, the subject line and body of the notification includes the information about the document to be reviewed. For external collaboration texts, the document to be reviewed is sent as an attachment.

For initial configuration, you must add the standard SmartForm BBP_CMS_SF01 as the CMS Collaboration Text. To do this:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter CMS as the application (App Name).
3. Enter BBP_CMS_SF01 as the Form Name.

You can copy the standard SmartForm BBP_CMS_SF01 from Client 000 and change it to define your custom collaboration texts. Replace standard SmartForm BBP_CMS_SF01 with the SmartForm you created.
