LCA_NUM_RANGE_TEMPL - Define Number Ranges for Templates

In this IMG activity, you define number ranges for legal contract templates. You must have at least one template number range defined in the system for legal contract authoring. The combination of template number range and legal contract number range is used to define the contract category.

Select the external number assignment checkbox (Ext) for a number range if you want users to enter a legal contract template number within the number range. If the checkbox is not selected, the system automatically assigns the next available number in the range. Current number shows the last consecutive number assigned to a legal contract template.

Default number ranges are provided.
