LCA_TRACEABILITY - Activate Traceability

In this IMG activity, you activate or deactivate traceability of legal contract templates and legal contracts. If traceability is activated, the history of changes made to documents is tracked. To track all document changes regardless of user, select the user independent indicator (Usr Indept). To track only changes from users other than the author, deselect the user independent indicator.
The two standard entries for legal contract templates and legal contracts are automatically activated in Client 000.
You can copy the standard entries from Client 000 or create your own entries by choosing New Entries.
