LCA_UI_GENERAL - Maintain General Settings

In this IMG activity, you maintain general configuration settings for legal contract authoring.

The following default settings are provided:

  • LoggingLevel: Determine what is to be logged.
  • WordTemplateFolder: Define folder path where templates are stored.
  • CockPitContractFolder: Define default location where all contracts that the user is authorized to see are stored in Outlook.
  • CockPitTemplateFolder: Define Outlook folder structure, separating folders with slash (/).
  • DefaultSearchMaxRecord: Define maximum number of search records displayed in cockpit.
  • ItemIDValue: Define value increments for the default item ID and each consecutive item ID.
Example: If you enter 1 as the Item ID Value, the first item ID is 1, the second item ID is 2, then 3, and so on. If you enter 5 as the Item ID Value, the first item ID is 5, the second item ID is 10, then 15, and so on.
