Define the filters for the custom steps in a workflow.

In this configuration activity, you can create filters for a business case that can be used within a workflow that contains a custom step task. During the definition of a Workflow Template (Task Group) you must set an appropriate filter ID for your custom step task. This filter will be exposed to the Business Add-In Define Custom Step

(LCM_LT_WF_CUSTOM_STEP). Based on your business case, it is possible to separate the logic within one or/and many BAdI implementations.

1. Choose the Define Custom Steps configuration activity. The screen navigates to Change View " Maintain Filter Option for Approval Custom Step".
2. Choose New Entries.
3. Enter an ID in the column for Custom Step Filter ID (CUSTStFID).
4. Enter a text under the column for Long Text.
5. Choose Enterto save your entries.
