LCM_VDOCAGERULE - Maintain Document Aging Rule

In this Customizing activity, you maintain aging rules for the Legal Content Management documents. Once the document reaches 'To be archived' status, you can use the configuration given below to retain the document for a specific number of days.

Provide the following information:

• ContType: Select an appropriate content type.

• Res. Time: Specify the number of days for the document to be retained.

Note: You can also use the asterix * instead of selecting a content type. This allows you to specify a common residence time for various content types or even for an unspecified content type.
