Define the types that you can assign to entities in a legal transaction. The type defines the role of the entity in the legal transaction.
In this configuration activity, you define types that you can assign to entities in a legal transaction. An entity is an organization that is an involved party in a legal transaction. The type defines the role of the entity in the legal transaction.
Enter the following information:
- Contact Number: Consecutive number for the entity type, for example 0001, 0002, and so on.
- Long Text: Meaningful description of the entity type, for example Supplier
- Entity Technical Type: Enter the technical type for the entity.
If you select the entity technical type Business Partner, you will have to ensure to maintain a Business Partner Role for the same.
