Define the contact types that you can assign to external contacts in a legal transaction.
In this configuration activity, you define contact types that you can assign to external contacts in a legal transaction. The type defines the role of the external contact in the legal transaction.
Enter the following information:
- Contact Number: Consecutive number for the external contact type, for example 0001, 0002, and so on.
- Long Text: Meaningful description of the external contact type, for example Bill-to Contact for the person who receives the bill
