Maintain the retention period in days for the collaboration application
In this configuration activity, you maintain the retention period in days for the collaboration application. Once the collaboration has been set to either completed or canceled status, you must select the required Collaboration Platform and specify the number of Retention Days to retain the application in the system.
- Choose the configuration activity Maintain Retention Period for Collaboration Application.
- Choose the New Entries option in the menu bar.
- Select the required application from the Collaboration App field.
- Specify the number of days in the Retention Days field.
- Choose Save.
