LMD_COM_PAY_TYPV - Define Payment Methods

In this Customizing activity, you can define payment methods for payments that drivers collect from customers during route execution. In addition to the standard payment methods (cash and check), you can define additional payment methods by using a standard posting logic defined in the Customizing activities Define Postings for Incoming Driver Payments and Define Postings for Customer Accounts.

In the standard system, the payment methods cash and check are predefined.

You define additional payments by adding a payment method and a description. Additionally, you indicate whether the payment method is relevant for check-in, that is, whether drivers need to hand over any payments, for example, cash, checks, or deposit slips at check-in. Payment methods that are relevant for check-in are also considered by the system during difference determination.

Payment Method = PP

Payment Method Description = PayPal

Check-In = [ ] (The option is not selected, drivers are not expected to hand over physical currencies or deposit slips.)
