LMD_COM_REASN - Define Reason Codes

In this Customizing activity, you can define reason codes. You can use reason codes to explain why differences occurred during the route. The information can be displayed in the Settle Route Data app.

You can differentiate between company errors and customer errors.

Note

To use reason codes, you also need to make the relevant settings in the Customizing activity Define Reasons for Change of Delivery Quantities.

If a customer ordered two units but chooses to take only one because one unit was damaged, differences occur during check-in. After having changed the quantity of the product in the Settle Route Dataapp, you can select a reason for these differences. In this case, you could define and then select the reason "damaged".
