This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Route Settlement(LE-LMD-RS) component. You can use this BAdI to adjust the determination of customer sales transaction types (CSTTs) at check-out and check-in (COCI).

Do not implement custom error messages. Configure the system to return empty values to raise the standard exception for failed CSTT determinations.

You have made the relevant settings in the Customizing activities Define Customer Sales Transaction Types (CSTT) and Assign Sales Documents to Customer Sales Transaction Types.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

The BAdI can be used in addition to the Customizing activity Define Customer Sales Transaction Types (CSTT). Depending on your custom development, the BAdI can examine the COCI data and the default CSTT data. Furthermore, it can change the default CSTT to a custom CSTT. In addition, it is possible to customize the actual settlement process for the custom CSTT when using the Customizing activity Assign Sales Documents to Customer Sales Transaction Types.
