Brazil: Define system message according to your needs.

In this configuration, you can set the system message to appear in the way that meets your requirements, for example, change error messages to warnings.

Different specifications can be made for the dialog mode and for background processing.

The corresponding settings can be made for a client or for individual users, as required.

Following application area is default:

• 8B

1. Default Application area “8B”.
2. Choose Edit-> New Entries.
3. Enter the following data:

• Message Number

You can use the input help for the MsgNo. field to see which messages can be entered.

• User Name

If you enter a name in this field, the specifications are valid for that user only. If the field is left blank, the settings apply for all users in that client.

• Message Type

Use input help for the Dialogor Batchfields to see which message type is permitted.
