Define if the plant accumulates the withholding tax in integration with SAP Localization Hub, tax service.
The withholding of service related taxes can be done at the time of payment or it can be accumulated until the minimum amount is reached. This can be determined by a legal requirement or according to your needs.
You make this setting for Materials Management processes.
