LOYV_APPL_STATUS - Define Status Profiles

In this Customizing activity, you assign a status profile to an application in a loyalty program. You select an object category and status profile for a particular combination of application, object, and process type.
This Customizing activity is relevant for the following applications:
- Memberships
- Membership cards
- Member activities
- Point accounts
We deliver the following default status profiles:

These status profiles are available in the following default combinations in the Customizing menu:

Note that no default combination is displayed in the Customizing menu, and that there is no default process type. The menu is intended for customer data only.
The following system statuses apply:
| Status | Effect |
|---|---|
| Created | The point account set has been created. Points cannot be posted until it is in Activestatus. |
| Active | Participation in a loyalty program continues. |
| Cancelled | Participation in a loyalty program is no longer possible. All earned points are lost. |
| Declined | Proposed participation in a loyalty program is declined. |
| Expired | Participation in a loyalty program is no longer possible. All earned points are lost. |
| On Hold | Participation in a loyalty program can be set to active or declined at a later time. |
The LOY: Application Status view is delivered blank. To define an application status, do the following:
- Click New Entries.
- Select an application and object from the respective dropdown lists.
- Available applications and objects are described in the tables below:

- By default, the Process Type dropdown list is empty.
- Select an appropriate object category and status profile for the combination above.
- Save your entries.
