In this Customizing activity, you control the residence times for archiving loyalty documents. Residence time is the length of time that must be exceeded before application data can be archived.

For example, if today is January 31, 2010 and your enterprise has decided to archive all partnership point account transactions created on or before January 1, 2010, you maintain 30 as the residence time.

SAP Library under Cross-Application Components → Archiving Application Data (CA_ARC).
