LOYV_MEM_SPLIT_RATIO - Define Membership Settings
SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/PurchasesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity for loyalty management, you define the following membership settings for a loyalty program:
- Membership origin
- Usage
- Split ratio
- Status reason
- Checks to be carried out on memberships.
- Agreement usage
If you need to create your own status reason, you have defined a status profile in the Customizing activity Define Status Profiles.
Default selections for defining checks are Ignore Checks and Auto PAS Creation.
- To select whether the membership was created by using a web-based application or was created in the IC Web Client, double-click Define Origin.
- To select whether the membership is for business, charity, or private purposes, double click Define Usage.
- To define the split ratio of points, double-click Define Split Ratio.
- In the event of a points split between members, select the appropriate split ratio for the membership. For example, a 10/90 split transfers 10% of the redeemable points in the origin points account set to the destination point account set you have specified.
- To select the appropriate status reason for the membership, double-click Define Status Reason.
- The following status reasons are supported:
- Active
- Canceled
- Declined
- Expired
- On Hold
- To select the checks to be performed on the membership, for example, whether to run a campaign trigger plausibility check or not, double-click Define Checks.
- The default setting is that checks are ignored.
Check | Activity |
---|---|
Ignore Checks | No checks are performed |
Auto PAS Creation | Creates a point account set automatically |
Campaign Trigger Plausibility Check | Performs a plausibility check to determine whether to trigger a campaign |
Auto Card Creation - Create cards automatically when membership is created, or when the tier changes.
When a would-be member of a loyalty program contacts the Interaction Center for the first time, the IC agent creates a membership for the member and uses Auto PAS Creation to create a point account set automatically for the member. The point account set is created when the membership is saved. Unless Auto PAS Creation is selected, the IC must create a point account set manually from the Loyalty Management area of the user interface. By default, the checkbox is selected.
The IC agent runs the campaign trigger plausibility check to assess a member's eligibility for a campaign. If the member meets the conditions, he or she is notified of the campaign. The member can implement the logic for the campaign trigger in the SaveBAdI (LOY_MSH_MEMBERSHIP_SAVE).
- To define if the agreement is free or contractual, double-click Define Agreement Usage.
