LRM_OE - Define Organization Entity

You use this Customizing activity to define the organization entity. The organization entity has an ILM object and the condition field associated to it. This organization entity is used in the data controller.

This Customizing activity contains two subtasks:

• Define Organization Entity

• Define Object Type Field Mapping

ILM object should exist.

Define Organization Entity

To define organization entity, proceed as follows:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter Organization Entity.
3. Enter Description.
4. Enter Data Element.
5. Choose Save.

Associating ILM Objects and Condition Fields

To associate ILM objects and condition field to organization entity, proceed as follows:

1. Select the organization entity.
2. Choose Associate ILM Objects and Condition Fields.
3. Choose New Entries.
4. Enter the ILM Object. You can also select the ILM object.
5. Enter the Condition Field. You can also select the condition field.
6. Choose Save.
