You use this activity to create accesses to listing items. This enables the system to search for product related data in the listing check. Each access to listing items is linked to a condition technique access sequence, which refers to the listing header.

In this activity, you define the order in which the system is to work through the listing item tables when searching for listing item records for a listing header record.

You have completed your Customizing settings for listings. This means in particular:

  • In the activity Create Access Sequences, you have created all required access sequences for listing headers.
  • In the activity Define Partner/Product Range Types for Listings and Assortments, you have created the required PPR types for listing items and assigned them a condition table. You have also assigned PPR reference types to your PPR types. If you want to use set type attributes as access fields in the listing item access, you must have assigned these set types to the relevant PPR product reference types.
  • From the activity Define Access to Partner/Product Range, you are guided through the configuration process by a wizard.
  • After configuring your listing item access and leaving the wizard, you must save your data.

Note: To edit an existing entry, you must first delete it and save the information. Then access the wizard again to configure the listing item access.
