LWMHR_IA_INTERV_CAT - Assign Questionnaire Templates to Categories for Interviews

In this Customizing activity, you assign questionnaire templates to categories for interviews. You thus define in which list a candidate is displayed in the app SAP HCM Interview Assistant:

• Preselection of candidates to be reviewed

• Candidates for whom an interview is planned

While the candidate list is being compiled for the app, the Business Add-In (BAdI) Interview Assistant: Access to Business Data (LWM_IA_DATA_ACCESS_BADI) determines which questionnaire is assigned to a candidate. The category to which you have assigned the template for this questionnaire determines the list in which the app displays the candidate.

No assignments are defined in the standard SAP system. This means that all candidates are displayed in the list of candidates for whom an interview is planned.
