LWMHR_MYM_BADI_PHOTO - BAdI: Manager Insight: Photo

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used for the app SAP HCM Manager Insight. You can use this BAdI to display photos of managers and employees from a customer-specific storage location (for example, the server on which your company address book is stored) in this app.

In the standard SAP system, the BAdI uses the fallback class LWMHR_CL_MYM_FB_PHOTO to determine the photos displayed in the app. This class displays the photos stored using ArchiveLink in the same way as they are displayed in the Personnel Administration infotypes, for example. If no photo is stored for a manager or employee, the app displays a standard icon instead of the photo.
