LWMHR_MYM_PROF_PROMO - Define Personnel Action Type for Displaying the Most Recent Promotion

In this Customizing activity, you specify the personnel action type that you use for promotions in your enterprise. SAP HCM Manager Insight uses this information to display when the employee was most recently promoted on the Compensation tab of the employee profile. The system checks when a personnel action of the action type specified here was last performed for this employee.

There are no personnel action types stored in the standard SAP system. This means that the field Last Promotion is hidden on the Compensation tab of the employee profile.

Enter the personnel action type of your choice for the parameter PROMOTION_ACTION_TYPE.
