LWMHR_MYM_PROF_QUALI - Define Grouping of Competencies in the Employee Profile

In this Customizing activity, you specify how SAP HCM Manager Insight groups the qualifications displayed on the Competencies tab. You can use the following groupings and their group headers:

• Qualification categories from Talent Management and Talent Development

• Qualification groups from the Personnel Development qualifications catalog

You have created the qualification categories or qualification groups of your choice:

• You define qualification categories in Customizing for Talent Management and Talent Development under Qualifications in Talent Management -> Create Qualification Categories.

• You define qualification groups in Customizing for Personnel Management under Personnel Development -> Master Data -> Edit Qualifications Catalog.

In the standard SAP system, the competencies are grouped by the qualification groups from the qualifications catalog.

Enter one of the following values for the parameter GROUP_BY:

QC for qualification categories

• QK for qualification groups
