LWMHR_MYM_RE_BUFFER - Update Buffer for Employee and Manager Search

In this Customizing activity, you schedule the report Employee Buffer for Employee/Manager Search in Manager Insight (R_LWMHR_MYM_SET_EMPL_BUFFER) as a background job to regularly update the buffer with data on managers and employees in your back-end system. Up-to-date data is thus always available for the search for employees and managers in SAP HCM Manager Insight.

We recommend that you schedule the report regularly (for example, once a week). The frequency with which the report is to be run depends on how often the organizational structure in your enterprise changes (for example, how often new employees are hired).
