LWM_Q_ISSUE_CONF - Settings for SAP ERP Quality Issue

In this Customizing activity, you define the relevant settings for your Quality Issue mobile application.

• Enter the notification type with which the issue is created in the back-end system.

• Enter catalog header and item data for QM Mobile.

• For code groups you have two options:

• If you enter a code group, the relevant codes are displayed in the app and you can select the code you require:
  

- The code group you enter for the code group header is valid for the subject code.

- The code group you enter for the code group item is valid for the issue code.

• If you leave the code group blank, the code groups are displayed in hierarchical form in the app. All code groups, that are part of the catalog profile, are then displayed in the app for the defined catalog. You can select the appropriate code group and a list of codes is displayed. You then can select the code you require.

• Define the selection period in days for the display of issues.

• Enter a DMS document type for attached documents.

• Enter a storage category that is used to check in the DMS documents.

• Enter a workstation application that is used to call the documents from the notification. Pictures are transferred as JPGs.

You have defined a quality notification type for QM Mobile in Customizing for Quality Management .

You have defined code groups at header and item level.

Check that a document type is available in Document Management.

Check that a workstation application is available for JPG.

Check that a relevant storage category is defined.
