In this table you define how objects from external systems are matched with existing objects in the TTE system. This Customizing activity must be repeated after every upgrade to ensure that condition records are complete and correct.
Objects in the external system must be uniquely assigned to TTE Objects. Do not assign more than one external system object to the same TTE object.
- Enter the calling system identifier. This must be the name of the logical system as given in Table T000.
- Select the object to be assigned.
- Enter the required data.
- Choose Save.

Account Determination Key and Tax Codes
An SRM system is connected to two R/3 systems. These systems have been defined in the first activity: External System IDs. Different tax codes have been defined in each system.
System | Tax | Tax Rate | Tax Code |
---|---|---|---|
QW8CLNT101 | Output | 16% | A1 |
A4CCLNT100 | Output | 16% | M8 |
One of these tax codes will be defined in the TTE via the activity Define Account Determination Key and Tax codes. You do not need to assign the tax code already defined in this activity. Assuming that the tax code A1 has been defined in the TTE, the sample table entries are:
Calling System ID,,A4CCLNT100
Country | External Tax Code | Valid From | Valid To | Tax Code |
---|---|---|---|---|
De | M8 | 01.01.2002 | 01.01.2005 | A1 |
The remaining objects, such as tax types, business partner tax groups and so on are also assigned.
