Short Description of Function

These settings are used to define additional logical systems which are used for specific business processes in a multi-system process landscape.

Keys are "Standard Logical System" and "Application". Instead of the standard logical system, an alternative logical system can be defined for the specified application process. This way, you can define a standard logical system for standard data transfer and specialized logical systems for special processes as for example "show me the application log in the destination system".

As logical systems contain the client of the source system, this maintenance is not really cross-client.
