During billing, you have the option of using the Business Add-In /BEA/BDCPREQC to influence the cancellation.

The filter value defined here is the filter characteristic of the BAdI and therefore controls which implementation is used.

You cannot enter different settings for various clients, since the filter characteristic applies to all clients.
