The settings you make in table COMC_LOGSYS_MAP are described in the documentation on the Customizing activity Assign Logical Systems.
Recommendations for Multi-Client Operations
In the Customizing activity Assign Logical Systems, you can specify global mapping rules for all clients. If you require different mapping rules for your clients, different logical system names have to be used for each client.
When a transport is performed in a specific client, a mapping rule is used only if there are categories in that client whose logical system is the source system specified in the mapping rule.
