MCLICRM_FEEDS - MCLICRM FEEDS

Short Description of Function

CRM Feeds allow the user to receive CRM data through an RSS reader, in Atom format, for display purposes. The feed content is aggregated from data that comes from various content provider ABAP classes. These classes are registered in the cross-client customizing tables through the view cluster CRMVC_FD_FEEDSC and underlying maintenance views CRMV_FD_FEEDV and CRMV_FD_PROVV.

Recommendations for Multi-Client Operations

As with any ABAP code, the content provider classes are present in all clients. Those classes are also registered cross-client, in the views mentioned above.

However, their use in CRM Feeds is customized through a function profile definition that is based on client-specific tables CRMC_UI_FD_GRP and CRMC_UI_GRP_PROV. This can used to provide support to multiclient operations.
