Short Description of Function
Every status has an identification key, a description text, and an icon.
The processing steps are recorded in the switch document. In addition, the activity and its status are documented in every document step.
The statuses provided by SAP are used in workflow templates and sample modules for the change of supplier.
You can find the workflows for the change of supplier via the Business Workflow Explorer in the SAP menu under Tools -> Business Workflow -> Development -> Definition Tools -> Business Workflow Explorer. To display the workflows for the change of supplier, enter IS-U-IDE in the
Application Components search area.
Recommendations for Multi-Client Operations
The values are cross-client.
The values are used in the flow logic of programs.
