Short Description of Function

Particular characteristics of input/output fields for earmarked fund transactions are defined in table FMRESFIELDS. These are characteristics such as:

• the is field at header or item level

• the visibility of the field can be influenced by using the field control

• if this is the case, what is allowed

• and so on.

As the customer can include user-specific fields in the transaction (enhancement wizard), entries must also be created in the table. For this reason, an E-table was created with SAP name space for SAP fields and customer name space for customer fields. As the fields correspond directly with the DDIC structures and tables in the transactions, the table is not client-dependent.

Recommendations for Multi-Client Operations

If several customers have different requests in different clients, an upper quantity of the desired fields must be determined and implemented. By using the (client-dependent) field control, you can hide the fields you do not require.
