Short Description of Function

The application technically enables the creation of CRM Service Requests from applications such as Financials or HCM. This techincal enablement is dependent on the installed software; for example, SAP_APPL must be installed for Financials, and is therefore client independent.

Recommendations for Multi-Client Operations

There are futher settings (application area, activity, mapping) to be maintained per application to activate the functionality. Those settings are client dependent.
