MDG_BUPA_100_02 - Processor Determination in Rule-Based Workflow

In this Customizing activity you determine processors in the rule-based workflow for the following predefined change request types for business partner:
- BP1P1
- BP2P1
- BP5P1
The predefined BRFplus decision tables are delivered in the client 000.
The following values for the predefined change request types are delivered:

On the Choose Actitiy dialog box the following actittys are listed:
- Assign Processor to Workflow Step No (Change Request Type BP1P1)
- Assign Processor to Workflow Step No (Change Request Type BP2P1)
- Assign Processor to Workflow Step No (Change Request Type BP5P1)
- Assign Processor to Workflow Step No (Change Request Type BP6P1)
To edit a decision table mark an entry and choose Choose.
If the predefined BRFplus decision tables are not available in the current client an error message is displayed. Contact your system administration in this case.
For the step (STEP_TYPE) Approve Change Request you assign the user agent type (USER_TYPE) O (organizational unit) and you enter the corresponding value in the column user agent value (USER_VALUE).
